• -Breakthrough Innovation: the SD Series Intelligent Hot Plate was successfully developed. It features a silicon carbide surface, offering true corrosion and high-temperature resistance. It pioneered on-plate temperature measurement, meaning the displayed temperature is the actual working surface temperature. It provides excellent temperature uniformity, with variation across the plate not exceeding ±2°C. Dozens of identical samples can reach their boiling point almost simultaneously. With its exceptional performance, this product became Tuozhiming's definitive flagship. It has maintained a world-leading position for over a decade, remaining unsurpassed.

Growth Phase

• June 2013 – June 2017

• -Applied for and obtained the company's first National "Utility Model Patent" and first National "Invention Patent".

• -Transitioned production fully into a sequenced assembly-line model for all product series and models.

• -Established the company's Business Developing Department, shifting sales to a combined model of full-market outreach and referrals among traditional industry clients.

• -Founded the first branch office: the Xi'an Branch, marking the inaugural step in the national business regional strategy.

• -Breakthrough Innovation: the TD Series Voltage-Adjustable hot plate was developed. It utilizes a corrosion-resistant heating element combined with belt-style high-alumina ceramic blocks in a "three-in-one" modular form. The three heating plates can be used individually or combined. It reaches a peak temperature of 700°C with no exposed heating elements and no open flame, ensuring safety, reliability, and convenience. Using ABS plastic to re-package the metal casing of the SD Series Intelligent Hot Plate completely changed the ingrained perception of traditional hot plates as perpetually dirty and rusty. This technology remains peerless to this day.

• -Earned national honors including "High-Tech Enterprise" and "Technology-Based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME)". Received Tianjin municipal honors such as "Gazelle-Enterprise"and "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative SME".

• -Obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and EU CE Certification.

• -Regularly participates in major exhibitions including the "Beijing Conference and Exhibition on Instrumental Analysis (BCEIA)", "Analytica China" in Shanghai, and the "Dubai International Laboratory Technology & Instrumentation Exhibition (Arab Lab)". Tuozhiming's "Created in China" brand has not only flourished domestically but has also embarked on a splendid journey onto the international stage.

• -Products entered the German market in May 2020, marking the brand's first entry into continental Europe, followed by the UK, Russia, and other countries.

• -Entered the Saudi Arabian market in March 2021.

• -Entered the United States market in June 2021.

• -Established branch offices in Hangzhou and Shanghai, essentially completing the strategic domestic market layout. Developed overseas markets in over 20 countries. Product sales have fully transitioned into a market economy era where direct market sales are the absolute core.

• -A Series of Breakthrough Innovations:

• Pioneered the DC Series Surrounding Heating Digestion and Acid Evaporation System. Its 360° heating technology completely solves the problem of condensation reflux in sample tubes during heating.

• Successfully developed the DG Series Corrosion-Resistant Oven. Its fully Teflon-coated interior extends the product's service life, solves the issue of poor equipment corrosion resistance, and ensures samples are free from secondary contamination.

• Successfully developed the low-noise, zero-pollution SP Series Grinding Mill, completely overturning the ingrained perception that grinding mills equal high noise. The SP series operates with extreme quietness, producing almost no audible sound. Its design, featuring an ABS plastic inner shell with a metal grinding chamber, isolates samples from both internal and external contamination. The hydraulic automatic pressure plate system secures with a simple button press, completely changing the traditional practice of requiring physically strong operators for grinding mills.

• Successfully developed the UD Series Ultra-Clean Hot Plate. Made entirely of Teflon with no exposed metal, it truly eliminates contamination risks originating from the equipment itself.

• Successfully developed the MF Series Ultra-Clean Muffle Furnace, achieving major breakthroughs in materials and technical design. Its chamber, combining silicon carbide and high-alumina ceramic, is corrosion and high-temperature resistant, fundamentally solving the inherent chronic issue of furnace chamber cracking and debris shedding. The five-sided heating ensures superior temperature uniformity within the chamber. It is equipped with intelligent and user-friendly features including a movable touchscreen, PID temperature control, an electric door, remote operation, and remote-control switching.
